For many, agencies have great beginnings, these beginnings are often accompanied by large sums of money invested or large
advertising campaigns. BPS has a particular story, because it starts with just 100 dollars and with the huge dream of a young entrepreneur.

BPS, which means: Business Partner Studio, was born under the idea of Roberto Caballero. Like many entrepreneurs, Roberto possessed the spark of rebellion and ingenuity of those who are called to great things. As a visionary of this kind, he had the same idea as everyone had: to create a business of their own.

In 2016, while Roberto was working as a creative director, a client for the same company who worked tells him worried about his growing need for social networks, he did not take long to propose his service as an administrator to his social network.

Thanks to his design studies and his innate skills as a seller he manages his first brand or rather: he gets his first customer. This is the moment that many entrepreneurs dream and which like no other pleasure, it is the satisfaction of knowing that their dream is being fulfilled. And he takes this as the starting signal.

Our current CEO manages to create more customers, founding with only 100 dollars the current bases of BPS in El Salvador, but the needs were growing, it was time to unite more people to the initiative. In addition, this initiative needed a name: 

This i show Business Partner Studio is born.

Determined to get the best talent possible, our visionary decides to base his decision on the strongest principle and most valued in any company: Trust. That’s why he seeks the necessary talents within its closest circle of Friends and thanks to that decision BPS grows exponentially to become an international company.

Our Chairman, convinced his four closest friends to become a fundamental part of BPS, they are: Roberto Ayala, our master innovation director of
lateral thinking, Salvador Flores the best 3D animator and the person with the most learning capacity in the world, andEdison Rivera the most creative person of the 4 and with a sublime eye for filming and finally here, is when it enter the scene:

It is worth pausing at this point. Because someone may ask: Why do I express myself like them, outside there are many more exceptional? To which I reply in advance: They may be right, but for us they are simply the best because together thanks to our synergy and the leadership of our CEO we solve any kind of problem in sublime way.

And this is one of the foundations of BPS, we don’t see people as mere pieces, we see them for their talent and potential betting everything on it.

With all the equipment on the boat and with BPS in its maximum splendor as if were a big ship, we made the decision to base BPS in the United States in Silicon Valley, the land of entrepreneurs. That’s how BPS became
Business R&L Inc. Now we were international and everything was going great.

But as in all the history, there are always storms clouds, there was a great obstacle that we could not avoid.

Due to the high rate of insecurity in the country and incidents we had to suffer, in 2018 we made the tough decision to leave our families and Friends to move to Europe.

Time has passed, but we continue working, it seems yesterday when Roberto approached me with crazy business ideas and when were still 5 attending to the college, were incredible times, but the ones to come are even more.

To conclude this history, I would like to challenge all entrepreneurs to read this so that they continue with their dreams because nothing, absolutely nothing can buy the satisfaction that Roberto and I feel now:
